Making and changing pictures, the agent's work in a conversation, and Elvoko writing in your documents. A picture's price depends on the model, the size and the quality, and it is on the button before you make it.

Plan credits arrive at the start of each paid month, for both one-time and auto-renewing purchases. Adding a prepaid month extends your plan; its credits arrive when that month starts. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of that period and do not roll over. The period follows your subscription dates, not the calendar month. Subscription credits are used before credit-pack credits. Complimentary credits and credit-pack credits do not expire while your account remains open.

Its credits come back on their own. If you were charged for a picture you never received, write to support@elvoko.com within 14 days.

Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel, and are paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. One month is a single payment with no automatic renewal, paid by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or WeChat Pay. Cancel or resume your subscription in Plan & billing on our website (Account → Manage), or in Plan & Usage in Elvoko. Cancelling stops future payments and keeps your current paid period. Complimentary and credit-pack credits stay.

For purchases completed through a reseller checkout, the reseller named at checkout acts as merchant of record and handles payment, applicable sales taxes, receipts, refunds and chargebacks under its terms of sale. Direct payments to Elvoko are handled by Elvoko under the terms agreed for that purchase.

Yes, within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, or of buying a pack, if none of its credits have been used. The refund policy has the details.

You can use the complimentary credits included with your invitation without purchasing a plan. These credits do not expire while your account remains open. Paid plans and credit packs are optional where offered. Contact support@elvoko.com if you need help with access or credits.
